Man Utd star Raphael Varane goes cool black glasses as he models for luxury fashion brand BOSS Eyewear

Known for being a smooth operator on the pitch, Varane also pretty slick off of it. As an ambassador for BOSS Eyewear, he often wears the brand, and the slim-cut suits and sporty influences suit him. ‘I like fashion but I don’t wear anything extreme. Some people are more extravagant,’ he says (politely).

The BOSS Eyewear collection features optical frames and sunglasses crafted with a mix of eco-friendly and recycled materials, and finished in a range of retro-inspired shapes and shades. ‘I have a few different pairs I love from the new collection,’ says Varane. ‘Boss is very much my style. It’s a classic, quality brand.’

He won’t be drawn on who is the most stylish at United, but says he has a good reputation in the dressing room. Being stylish is, he smiles, part of French culture.
