Hailey Baldwin is often seen hanging with best friends Gigi and Bella Hadid as well as Kendall and Kylie Jenner, but there is one career milestone that she has yet to achieve that many of her crew have already added to their list: The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. An epic spectacular that is typically filmed in November before being aired around the world on television in early December, this year’s show will reportedly be held in Shanghai.

Victoria’s Secret held a quiet casting at their New York City offices on Monday afternoon, during which Hailey was spotted entering and exiting the building. She was also seen snapping a few selfies (that we have yet to see show up on social media but—hey—there’s still time!) For the casting, Hailey kept it casual in distressed skinny jeans, but added a little pop with a daring sheer black crop top and lace-up stiletto heels.

The 20-year-old model has tried out in the past, but not made the cut for the biggest lingerie show of the year. The Daily Mail reported last October that Hailey shared her desire with them, stating, “I want to walk in the Victoria’s Secret show, it’s every girl’s dream.” While casting has only just started, and nothing is for sure, this could just be Hailey Baldwin’s year to join the ranks of some supermodel greats.
