2.      Never Settle with Bad result – Yes, Ronaldo never want to lose, He never settled with a lost match. Patrice Evra explains this as Once they 2 had a table tennis match and Evra beat Ronaldo in that, Ronaldo took that match very seriously and sent his friend to buy a TT Table so that he can practise and 1 week later he Beat Evra.

3.      Let people talk Crap, I’ll do my own work – There were a dozen of incidents where people didn’t stop mocking Ronaldo and his personal life, people often criticizes him by saying Messi is Best in front of him. I would like to bring in a moment where he has to play a match against Andorra where during warmup people were chanting Messi.. Messi to Mock Ronaldo but he didn’t indulge in fighting and Scored a Hattrick to silent the stadium and Messi chanters. One other moment when FIFA President Sepp Blatter mocked Ronaldo and disrespected him by saying “Commander of the Field” Ronaldo Scored Hattrick the very next match and did a Salute celebration(Like Commander) to reply to Sepp Blatter.

4.  Situational leadership – Cristiano Ronaldo knows all about Leadership and he knows what to do and where he should adapt which style, We can see when he played for Real Madrid he was more of an Individual player because the team was strong, While when he plays/played for his country as a captain and the best footballer he has a lot to do where he had a team full of less good players. He choose to become a strategic leader where he decides the team and choose players position. The reason why he won Euro Cup 2016 with such a below Average Team.

5.      Quitters Never Win – One thing in which Ronaldo will always have an upper hand than Messi will be that “HE NEVER QUITS”, Ronaldo has lost in 2004 European Cup Final, World Cup Semi Final 2006, Quarter Final 2008,European Cup Semi Final 2012 & Lost Ballon D’or on 4 consecutive occasions to Messi (2009-2012) But Ronaldo din’t quit and worked even harder to make sure he doesn’t miss to win whenever he gets the shot and he won European Cup 2016 & Uefa Nations League 2019, Whereas Messi took retirement from National Team after getting defeated due to his missed penalty but he later reversed his decision though.

6.      Family Comes First – Ronaldo has to leave his family when he was very young in Portugal to play for Sporting Lisbon Club, He told that he cried every night because he missed them a lot, He loves his family a lot and care for them, He never backs off from giving credit to his Family & friends for that he is today. His mother is the biggest motivation & Ronaldo doesn’t allow her mother to watch him playing live cuz of his health and stress problems. Ronaldo lost his father and he misses him alot and told to media many times that its sad that Once i told him that i will be one of the best player in world and when i have everything he is not there to see and cheer my success.

7.      Always Have a Future Plan – Ronaldo is the Best Player for Many years and he knew that he cannot be at the same level and has to retire and say goodbye to world football so he started his business line well advance viz. CR7 Pestana Hotel Chain & CR7 Perfume & Clothing Line, He is generating much revenue from this as well.

8.     Keep on Donating For the Cause – Ronaldo is the Richest Footballer in the World But He keeps on donating for the cause to children’s who are in need and have no money for operation or so, He was also a Brand Ambassador for “Save The Children” in 2012.

9.      Never Stop Believing –You should never stop dreaming and you should never underestimate your potential, Once a reporter asked Ronaldo during a Club Celebration party in 2007 “Who is the best player for you?” He replied “Me”. You Don’t know what you can do until you do it.

10.  Bring Innovation & Stick to the Style – When Ronaldo started playing there were a handful of players who used skills in the game, But Ronaldo like to play skillfull and there were many skills and tricks which he innovated.
