The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, December 8, reveal that Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will get into an argument with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson), who’ll no doubt disagree with their latest strategy.

Ashley will get updates on Billy’s plan to pool Jabot and Chancellor-Winters’ resources against Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), but she may think that’s an overreaction.

Although Jack and Billy will want to move forward with some manipulation tactics, Ashley will probably argue that provoking Tucker is a mistake. It could fuel the conflict instead of calming it like Ashley’s been trying to do with her own plan.

Ashley will dig her heels in, so she may argue that she needs to keep working to repair Tucker and Devon Hamilton-Winters’ (Bryton James) relationship.

Since Ashley will feel strongly about her opinion, she’ll fight back against Billy and Jack as she tries to steer things in the direction she wants.

Meanwhile, Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will treat Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) to a romantic evening, which will probably include the homemade pasta sauce she requested not too long ago.

The Young and the Restless spoilers say Danny will definitely cook up something special for Christine, so sparks will fly and bring them closer.

If Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) realizes this romantic night is in progress, she’s sure to deal with some jealousy. Phyllis would obviously like to be the one in Danny’s arms instead, so she’ll feel disheartened.

However, Michael Baldwin (Christian LeBlanc) will apparently take a surprising stance on Friday’s Y&R episode.

It looks like Phyllis will be shocked by Michael’s view of the situation, so will he think there’s still hope for Danny and Phyllis’ own reunion?

That’s one option to consider, but it’s also possible Phyllis will simply be surprised by Michael’s bluntness.

Maybe Michael will call Phyllis out on her jealousy and push her to stop wishing for something that will never happen.
