BRITNEY Spears stole the show at a pre-Grammys bash last night as she showed off her incredible figure in a completely sheer dress – shortly after her niece Maddie left hospital following a horrific ATV accident.
The star left little to the imagination as she posed up a storm in the patterned floral number, ditching her bra for the event and showing off a hint of her knickers.

Wearing her hair loose and wavy, the 42-year-old looked completely ageless as she smiled alongside her fellow stars.
The stunner appeared relaxed after Maddie was pictured smiling as she left hospital with her mum, Britney’s sister Jamie-Lynn Watson.
Britney’s family were left fearing Maddie had suffered brain damage after she almost drowned when the vehicle she was travelling in plunged into a pond.
The little girl was pulled to safety by Jamie Lynn and her partner Jamie Watson and rushed to hospital, where she was later treated.

Hours after Maddie was given the all clear, Britney spent some quality time with her family and shared a snap from her pool, before she joined the likes of Nicole Scherzinger, Zayn Malik, Amber Rose and more.
But she had strong competition for raciest outfit of the night, as X Factor judge Nicole also went braless – but didn’t manage to keep quite so much covered up.

Accidentally showing off her nipples in front of the camera, Nicole put on a brave display in a skintight sheer black dress.
With a daring thigh split revealing her toned legs, Nicole flashed her black underwear and covered her feet with a dramatic long skirt.
The star wore her hair scraped back and smouldered in front of the cameras.
