Explore Messi’s 212 billion apartment in the US: There is even an elevator for cars

Joining Inter Miami, Lionel Messi’s family does not have to worry about accommodation. Two years ago, Messi spent $9 million to buy a luxury apartment in a building located right on the beach.

Messi, with 7 world Golden Ball titles, has officially signed a contract to join Inter Miami Club as a free player. The contract with the team owned by David Beckham is worth 60 million USD/year (including additional terms, agreements with Apple and Adidas) and lasts until 2025.

Speaking about this decision, Messi said: “I am very excited to start the next step in my career with Inter Miami and play in America. This is a great opportunity, we will continue together.” building this great project. I’m very excited to launch it in my new home.”

Joining Inter Miami, Lionel Messi’s family will not have to worry about a place to live. Before joining David Beckham’s team, Messi spent 9 million USD (about 212 billion VND) to buy a luxury apartment with an elevator for cars.

According to news agency Cadena Ser , in 2021, Messi plans to move to Miami by spending 9 million USD to own a luxury apartment here.

Messi’s apartment is located in the splendid Porsche Design building, located on Sunny Isles beach in Miami (USA).

The Porsche Tower built in 2017 is an ideal place for Messi’s family to settle in the US, because the striker wants his three children to attend high school in the US before going to university. The 60-story tower is located between Bal Harbor and Aventura and 25 minutes from Inter Miami Stadium.

Located on the 9th floor of the building, Messi’s apartment has a very beautiful view, panoramic view of the Miami sea.

Messi’s apartment has an area of nearly 1,000 square meters, almost covering an entire floor of the building. Inside includes 4 bedrooms, 4 independent bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 office and full other amenities.

Outside the apartment balcony is a place to relax, with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi.

Sharing the same name as the German supercar manufacturer, the Porsche Design building has 3 elevators dedicated to cars. Apartment owners can bring their cars to the same floor of their apartment.

Before Messi, two other players, Blaise Matuidi and Gonzalo Higuain, joined Inter Miami in 2020.

To recruit Olivier Giroud, the American soccer team offered the striker an apartment at the Porsche Design building.
