Shania Twain is still the one to celebrate Brad Pitt’s birthday by bringing up one of her biggest hit songs.

The 58-year-old gorgeous country music crooner took to Instagram to comment on the Oscar winner’s 60th milestone on Monday with a sly mention of her 1997 ditty That Don’t Impress Me Much, which features a reference to him.

After the Instagram post listed his greatest accomplishments in film, she cheekily wrote, ‘…that don’t impress me much, but HBD.’

As a refresher, Shania sang in the original song, ‘Oh-oh, you think you’re special / Oh-oh, you think you’re something else / Okay, so you’re Brad Pitt / That don’t impress me much.’

The bop was from her third studio album, Come On Over, and went on to become a gigantic chart topper.

In 2020, she write a similar birthday greeting to Brad through a Twitter post, stating, ‘Happy Birthday to Brad Pitt, I’ll make an exception for today.’

Shania previously revealed the reason for featuring the well-known actor in the song back in 2017.

According to the Billboard interview, this decision was influenced by a scandal making headlines at the time, involving nude photos of Brad during his separation from his ex, Gwyneth Paltrow.

‘I just thought, “I don’t know what all the fuss is about.” I’m like, well that don’t impress me much, I mean what is all the fuss?’

She continued: ‘We see people naked every day. That’s really what I thought. I wasn’t picking on Brad Pitt. But that was just the association in that moment and things we make fusses about and whatever.’

‘Of course, it could have been any gorgeous guy.’

She also finally answered the burning question of whether or not she ever met Brad after she famously sang about him.

The stunning country music icon revealed the answer when she stopped by the YouTube show Chicken Shop Date in February and chatted with host Amelia Dimoldenberg.

‘I think he’s avoiding me, man, honestly,’ she joked.
