KHLOE Kardashian’s fans have voiced their worry after spotting her changed face in a new video.

The Good American founder posted a clip on Instagram on Monday, and viewers spotted signs of botched plastic surgery.

In the post, Khloe, 39, filmed herself as she gushed over winning reality TV star of the year for the People’s Choice Awards, beating her sister Kim Kardashian, 43.

The Hulu star dressed casually for the clip, wearing a tight black top and covering her hair with a baseball cap.

Khloe popped on some silver jewelry – including huge hoop earrings – and wore a full face of makeup as she thanked her fans for their support.

One fan, however, was less concerned about her award win, and reposted the clip to Reddit with the caption, “She can’t be able to breathe through her nose comfortably.”

“Obvious filter because of the eyes. Nose is shriveled. Lips are over lined as f**k and they’re crooked. What a mess,” a second social media user slammed.

“She no longer looks like herself. I know I’m stating the obvious but this is unreal,” a third critic added.

“Oh man… whoever did that to her definitely didn’t like her. That nose is screaming for dear life,” wrote a fourth.

“Her nostrils look collapsed to me,” another commenter noted.

Just days ago, Khloe’s nose also sparked concern in photos posted by her friend Malika Haqq, 40.

As the duo posted pouty selfies from a night out, fans couldn’t believe the changes to Khloe’s face.

“Khloe’s ‘Barbie nose’ doesn’t complement her facial features,” one person judged.

“Oh man, so sad. I can’t imagine looking in the mirror and seeing a completely different face, how do you cope?” asked a second.

‘INSECURITIES’

During an episode of The Kardashians, Khloe admitted that comments made by her mom, Kris Jenner, 68, pushed her into going under the knife.

Khloe said, “I had the most confidence. I was chubby and in a skintight bodycon dress, you couldn’t tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities.

“Who knows if I never heard mom talk about my nose if I ever would have got a nose job.”

Khloe’s sister Kourtney, 44, admitted that she had similar memories of Kris’ comments, agreeing, “I definitely heard her talk about your nose.”

On X, formerly known as Twitter, one shocked viewer wrote, “Damn, they putting everything on Kris.”

FADING AWAY

Alongside her nose, fans have noticed that Khloe’s frame is looking equally tiny.

In a recent video, Khloe was captured walking around in gym clothes, with the skintight lycra revealing her small waist and very thin legs.

The clip was shared on a forum dedicated to the Kardashians, where one fan wrote, “[Khloe’s] really skinny. Almost as small as Kendall.”

“[The Kardashians] are on Ozempic now and probably had liposuction to partially reverse their BBLs because BBLs just aren’t ‘in’ anymore…” theorized a second.

Khloe first began sparking concern with her drastic weight loss back in 2022 after her ex Tristan Thompson’s cheating scandal.
