Tyson Fury stated that Francis Ngannou should be kissing his feet

Recently, appearing in an interview, Tyson Fury said that Francis Ngannou owed him a lot after his boxing match last October.

Here, former heavyweight boxing champion Anthony Joshua and former UFC heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou will face off at the boxing event called “Knockout Chaos” taking place on Friday in Saudi Arabia. While Anthony Joshua believes that this is an opportunity to bring him back to his old glory, Francis Ngannou on the other hand just wants to prove his ability in this sport; especially after his impressive performance against Tyson Fury last October.

Before the official confrontation took place, Tyson Fury, when asked about Ngannou’s rapid rise in the boxing world, “The Gypsy King” said:

“He should be grateful to me. When I fought Ngannou, it was a very lopsided fight and it was a no-show fight, but that’s what it is, right? Style makes the match and that is what it is.

I’m not sure what people expected from that guy. Many people thought he was useless and he couldn’t fight and said it was true, but he proved everyone wrong, so great for him. I put his name on the map, made him a millionaire, and now I’m making him more money. So he needs to thank me. He needs to get down on his knees and kiss my feet, doesn’t he, for all I’ve done for him.”

Tyson Fury is expected to face Oleksandr Usyk in a heavyweight championship unification bout in Saudi Arabia in May, one of the most anticipated fights in years in the weight class. The winner of the fight between Joshua vs. Ngannou may become a mandatory challenger in the following championship defense match.

“I don’t know and I don’t care, honestly,” Fury replied when asked about his prediction for the fight. “Listen, anything can happen. The best will win that night. They are heavyweight giants, right? So anyone can win. Great matches on Friday. I’m looking forward to it.”
