The Rum Diary actress was embroiled in more drama surrounding her tumultuous relationship with Johnny Depp earlier this month after recordings emerged of her admitting to hitting while spouting the threat, ‘See how many people believe you.’
Heard wrote a Washington Post op-ed in December 2018 that appeared to accuse Depp of abusing her during their marriage, though his name was never mentioned.

In the newly released recordings, Amber attempts to downplay blows she struck against the actor and musician, while admitting to hitting him in the process.
‘I’m sorry that I didn’t, uh, uh, hit you across the face in a proper slap, but I was hitting you, it was not punching you. Babe, you’re not punched,’ she said to her then-husband.
‘I don’t know what the motion of my actual hand was, but you’re fine, I did not hurt you, I did not punch you, I was hitting you.’
She also called Depp a ‘baby’ and told him to ‘grow the f*** up.’

The recording came from an informal two-hour ‘therapy’ session recorded consensually on Heard’s cell phone and supplied to DailyMail.com by a well-placed source.
‘I left last night. Honestly, I swear to you because I just couldn’t take the idea of more physicality, more physical abuse on each other,’ a clearly distressed Depp said on the recording.
‘Because had we continued it, it would have gotten f**king bad. And baby, I told you this once. I’m scared to death we are a f**king crime scene right now.’
A later recording featured Heard suggesting a court would never believe that she had hurt Depp because she was only a ‘115lb woman.’
