Andre Onana revealed it again when Man Utd’s errant goalkeeper was found to have dropped his car keys a few hours later.

CALAMITY keeper Andre Onana dropped another clanger on his return from Munich yesterday — spilling his key card as he got into his car at Manchester Airport.

At least his latest fumble didn’t cost United anything on the pitch after his Champions League nightmare.

The Cameroon goalkeeper, 27, had a night to forget on Wednesday in his side’s 4-3 defeat at Bayern Munich.

With the score goalless, the £47.2million summer signing from Inter Milan produced a howler to gift Bayern the lead.

With 28 minutes on the clock, Leroy Sane cut in from the right and played a one-two with Harry Kane and then unleashed a first-time shot from 20 yards that was low and relatively slow.

But instead of making an easy save, United goalie Onana somehow managed to let the ball through his grasp and into the net – and it does not look like things are getting any better after his mishap at the airport

However, Onana took full responsibility for the loss afterwards.

And fans were quick to praise his bravery in demanding to face up to the media following his error.

The keeper, who has conceded ten goals in five Premier League games so far for United, said: “It’s difficult to lose this way because, in the beginning, we started very good.

“After my mistake, we lost control of the game.

“It’s a difficult situation for us, for me especially because I’m the one who let the team down. We didn’t win today because of me.”

Asked whether he felt he had to prove himself to United fans Onana replied: “Of course, I have a lot to prove because to be honest my start has not been good.

“Today was one of my worst games and it’s difficult because we have big ambition and it was a big opportunity for us to bounce back.

“It’s tough but we have to be together and to learn from our mistakes is the only thing to do.”

Both Onana and United supporters will be hoping to bounce back from his Bayern nightmare on Saturday.

The Red Devils travel to Burnley looking to end a run of three straight defeats at Turf Moor.

However, Sun Sport can exclusively reveal there is more turmoil in the squad over the treatment of former keeper David De Gea.
