Mahomes vowed to create a more impressive handshake with Kelce, suggesting they use it for celebration after their touchdowns.

“I need to talk to Travis because me and Travis don’t even have a handshake yet,” Mahomes told Kansas City’s KCSP 610 AM.

“So I mean, they’re ahead of the game on us. So we’re gonna have to get on the whiteboard, and we’re gonna figure out a handshake so that we can try to one-up theirs.”

Kelce is reportedly planning to travel to Buenos Aires during the Chiefs’ bye week in Week 10 to attend the international leg of Swift’s “Eras” tour.

“They are overdoing it a bit for sure, especially my situation,” Kelce said on his “New Heights” podcast. “They’re just trying to have fun with it.”
