The concept of ‘rest’ does not exist with Cristiano Ronaldo, even when the home team is on a mid-season break.
On January 8, Ronaldo posted on his personal page a picture of himself practicing in the gym. The 38-year-old Portuguese superstar left his back bare, showing off his muscular muscles.
In another photo on his Instagram, Ronaldo also posed in front of the mirror with his hands lifting weights. It’s easy to see that the former Real Madrid and Man Utd star still maintains his muscular body.

Currently, the Saudi Pro League enters the mid-season break. Ronaldo’s Al Nassr team only returned to play in early February. However, that did not stop the Portuguese superstar from neglecting his training.
Ronaldo is no longer young, but still plays great football. After 31 matches in all competitions, this spearhead scored 30 goals. In the domestic tournament alone, Ronaldo leads the list of “Top scorer” with 20 goals.
The secret to helping Ronaldo maintain incredible endurance lies in his strict training regimen. The Portuguese superstar sets standards and discipline for himself. Thanks to that, Ronaldo maintains his fullness and has not been affected too much by age.
