In the post, Brittany, 28, took a video of herself in her spacious, modern kitchen.

The NFL Wag went completely makeup-free, and had her hair pulled up into a high, messy bun.

Brittany showed off her cleavage in a plunging v-neck bra top, and added a bit of glam with an assortment of sparkling jewelry.

The social media influencer filmed herself holding a ginger shot toward the camera, and jokingly asked, “How many ginger shots can you take in a day,” along with a laughing emoji.

Alongside looking after her health with nutritious ginger shots, Brittany showed off the grueling workouts behind her enviable physique.

In November, Brittany demonstrated her stunning flexibility as she shared a new workout with her 2 million Instagram followers.

Rocking skintight leggings and a tiny sports bra, she strapped two hefty 20lbs weights to her bar as she began the workout with a sweat-inducing lift.

She then advanced to other stretches, including grueling crunches with dumbells on her belly.

She captioned the clips: “Truly obsessed with this set!”

STRONG MAMA

Brittany and Patrick, 28, share two children: daughter Sterling Skye, two, and Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, one.

Sterling was born on February 20, 2021, in Kansas City, Missouri.

Patrick “Bronze” was born on November 28, 2022.

Five months after Sterling’s birth, Patrick opened up about his love of parenthood and his wife.

“Brittany has helped out a ton being a champion mom, and so it’s been a lot of fun and to be able to come home every single day and see her and how energized she is and how she’s changing and growing already,” he gushed to People.

“I’m just trying to tell her to slow down so I can enjoy every minute of it.”

Aside from looking after her health and family, Brittany has taken the newest Wag on the block, Taylor Swift, 34, under her wing.

The duo showed off their closeness while watching the Kansas City Chiefs play at Arrowhead against the Los Angeles Chargers in October.

Taylor and Brittany cheered on Patrick and Travis Kelce, 34, and even revealed a secret handshake.

Taylor and Brittany have hung out since the Grammy-winner began showing up at Chiefs games to support her boyfriend Travis in Week 3.

The week after Taylor’s first Chiefs game, Brittany was seen having dinner with the singer and her celebrity friends Blake Lively and Sophie Turner.

The next day, Brittany was again seen with Taylor and other stars for the Chiefs’ win against the New York Jets on Sunday Night Football.
