Max Verstappen has been dating the daughter(Kelly Piquet) of the former 3-time world champion, Nelson Piquet for some time. The duo is often seen together in the F1 paddock and it is believed that they have been dating each other since 2020. However, they went public with their relationship in January 2021.

Kelly Piquet is nine years older than Max Verstappen and she first met him through her brother, Nelson Jr. During a fun night in Monaco in 2016, she felt a connection with Verstappen and in the year 2021, they finally decided to let the world know about their relationship. Max Verstappen is very happy with Piquet and while recently talking about when will get married to her, he told Blick;

While Max Verstappen has made it known that he is not sure when he will get married to Kelly Piquet, before Verstappen, the latter was the former Red Bull driver, Danii Kvyat’s girlfriend. The Russian driver began dating Kelly a year after she first met the Verstappen.

Danii Kvyat had a daughter with Kelly Piquet in July 2019 and they named the child Penelope. But after a few months, the duo decided to put an end to their relationship. Penelope stays with Kelly and she has often made it known that Verstappen loves her a lot.

Since Kelly Piquet has become an integral part of Max Verstappen’s life, his fortune at the pinnacle of motor racing has changed completely. Verstappen has won three consecutive titles since 2021 and the way he is going, he is set to amass more glory in the upcoming years.
