In social media clips from Beyonce’s Renaissance event in Paris on Friday, Selena Gomez was seen having an impassioned conversation with a security agent.
The 30-year-old actress-singer was seen in a fan-filmed video at the Stade de France, forcefully asking the guard to stop following her at the show.
Gomez, who portrays Mabel Mora on Hulu’s Only Murders in the Building, was spotted conversing with the guard, who was pointing in a different way at the busy gathering.
It was unclear whether the security was hired by Gomez or the venue, as some social media critics remarked that the same man could be seen around the star in numerous clips filmed at the concert.
In another video released to Twitter, the security is seen pushing back Gomez’s friend Raquelle Stevens as they board a vehicle.
Gomez has already been spotted arguing with her security workers when she believes they are being too forceful, as evidenced by previously shared social media recordings.
A TikTok user posted a video earlier this month of the singer admonishing a security who tried to send away a fan with whom she later posted a photo.
According to Page Six, the Grand Prairie, Texas native was among the celebrities who attended the Paris concert, which also included Lenny Kravitz, Kris Jenner, and Natalie Portman.
Beyonce’s children Blue Ivy, 11, who was onstage for the performance of My Power, and Rumi, 5, who was seen watching the show from a luxury box at the stadium, were also present.
Blue Ivy was previously seen onstage with her mother during Beyonce’s gig in Dubai in January.
Beyonce’s current tour began earlier this month in Stockholm, Sweden, and will make stops in other European cities, including London, Barcelona, Amsterdam, and Frankfurt.
The tour continues in North America with a concert in Toronto on July 9, followed by stops in Chicago, Philadelphia, Nashville, Los Angeles, and Las Vegas, among other places.
