Chelsea are one potential suitor that may be in the race to sign Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale this summer.
That is according to journalist Dean Jones.
Aaron Ramsdale, 25, has had a frustrating decline at the Emirates Stadium this season.
The England international has lost his starting position as Arsenal’s goalkeeper, replaced by David Raya in-between the sticks.
Therefore, it’s no major surprise that the shot-stopper is already linked with a move away from north London.

Dean Jones has reported via Sports Lens this week that Ramsdale expects to receive offers for a Premier League transfer at the end of the season.
Apparently, Newcastle United are rated the most likely club to make a move for the 25-year-old gloveman.
In addition, Chelsea are the other team to look out for in the Ramsdale transfer race.
Ramsdale’s proven he’s a quality performer at Premier League level, but we doubt whether he can reach the top-class bracket. Let’s remember that Arsenal opted to replace him this year.
The £30 million goalkeeper (Sky Sports) is decent with the ball at his feet. Plus, he’s a vocal figure and a good shot-stopper. Is he a big upgrade for Chelsea, though?
In our view, we don’t see too much difference between Ramsdale, Robert Sanchez and Djordje Petrovic.
Speaking via Optus Sport last month, Mark Schwarzer urged Chelsea to go sign Ramsdale and bring him to Stamford Bridge. He said: “Ramsdale would suit Chelsea well and while solving their goalkeeper problem, he would also fill the leadership vacuum the club currently has.”
The vast improvement of Petrovic in Chelsea’s net across the last couple of months is now making us lean towards sticking with him for now.
