เยอร์เกน คลอปป์ ไม่รู้สึกว่า “เทรนต์” พูดอะไรผิด หลังเปิดหน้าแซะแมนฯ ซิตี้ ก่อนบู๊ ลิเวอร์พูล ตัดสินแชมป์พรีเมียร์ลีก
วันที่ 8 มี.ค. 67 สืบเนื่องจากกรณีที่ เทรนต์ อเล็กซานเดอร์ อาร์โนลด์ แบ็กขวาลิเวอร์พูล ออกมาให้สัมภาษณ์ว่า แชมป์ต่างๆ ที่ลิเวอร์พูลได้มานั้นมีความหมายกับทุกคนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสโมสรมากกว่าของ แมนฯ ซิตี้ เพราะการเงินของลิเวอร์พูล ด้อยกว่า เรือใบสีฟ้า ทำให้การได้แชมป์ของหงส์แดงดูมีคุณค่ามากกว่า
บทสัมภาษณ์นี้ทำเอา เออร์ลิง ฮาลันด์ กองหน้าทีมชาตินอร์เวย์ของ “เรือใบสีฟ้า” แมนเชสเตอร์ ซิตี้ ออกมาแซะกลับทันที โดยบอกว่า เทรนต์ คงไม่เคยรู้สึกว่าการคว้าทริปเปิลแชมป์นั้นมันรู้สึกสุดยอดแค่ไหน
ล่าสุด เยอร์เกน คลอปป์ ได้ออกมาพูดถึงบทสัมภาษณ์ของลูกทีม ในงานแถลงข่าวก่อนพบ แมนเชสเตอร์ ซิตี้ ในศึกพรีเมียร์ลีก อังกฤษ วันอาทิตย์นี้ โดย คลอปป์ ยืนยันว่า เทรนต์ ไม่ได้พูดอะไรผิด สโมสรแห่งนี้มันพิเศษสำหรับเขา ถ้าเขารู้สึกแบบนั้น ทำไมต้องถูกห้ามไม่ให้พูดด้วย
คลอปป์ กล่าวว่า “ไม่มีอะไรผิดในสิ่งที่เทรนต์พูด เขาเกิดที่ลิเวอร์พูล เขายืนอยู่บนถังขยะเพื่อดูผู้เล่นฝึกซ้อมตั้งแต่ยังเป็นเด็ก และเขาเล่นให้กับทีมเยาวชนของเราทุกทีม หนึ่งในสโลแกนของเราคือ ‘This Means More’ (สิ่งนี้มีความหมายมากกว่านั้น) ดังนั้นสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นที่นี่จึงมีความหมายมากกว่านั้นสำหรับเรา”
