Argentina coach Lionel Scaloni believes Alejandro Garnacho has a bright future with the national team after the Manchester United star shined in his first game for his country

Lionel Scaloni, the manager of Argentina, thinks that Manchester United star Alejandro Garnacho will do well with the national team in the future. Garnacho started his first game for his country.

Garnacho has done a great job for United in his second season with the first team. He has set up four goals and scored seven, including a goal that could be the best of the season against Everton in November.

The forward chose to play for Argentina instead of Spain, and his first game as an adult was against Australia last summer.

The 19-year-old was put on the team for this month’s friendlies against El Salvador and Costa Rica. The defending world champions are still getting ready for the Copa America this summer.

Last week, Garnacho came on in the second half against El Salvador. This week, he started in the early hours of Wednesday morning when Argentina beat Costa Rica 3-1 in Los Angeles.

In that game, PSV Eindhoven goalie Walter Benitez and Inter Milan starlet Valentín Carboni also played their first games. Scaloni, the manager of Argentina, was happy with how the three players played in tough conditions after the win.

It makes me happy for Walter Benítez. But the truth is that it wasn’t easy, and he played well. We’re happy,’ Scaloni said.

In the same way as Carboni and Garnacho. They’re good guys who can help us, and we’ll see if they stay with us in the future.

“But I’m happy. It’s not easy to play with this shirt on or against these tough opponents.” We’re fine.

Before this summer’s Copa America, Scaloni did send a warning to the team, telling them that at this point, only Lionel Messi and Angel di Maria are promised spots in his team.

Scaloni said, “In football, you never know.”

“Promising none of the people here a spot in the Copa América.” Messi was the only one who didn’t show up; everyone else worked hard. Also “El Fideo” [Di María]. It’s also a promise to him.
