It came down to the wire for Scottie Scheffler on Sunday as he was able to win the Memorial Tournament by just one stroke over Collin Morikawa.
It wasn’t the prettiest of weekends for Scheffler who finished the tournament eight-over 280, but it did the job. The victory for Scheffler helped him make history and join an exclusive club that up until Sunday, only featured Tiger Woods.

According to the PGA Tour Communications Department, Scheffler’s win led to him becoming just the second player to win the Arnold Palmer Invitational, The Players Championship, Masters Tournament, and the Memorial Tournament. The only other person to do so was Tiger Woods, who did it back in 2001.
This is a major bounce-back showing for Scheffler, who was arrested following an incident ahead of the second-round PGA Championship that he was later cleared for.
