Together with friends and colleagues Piero Barone and Gianluca Ginoble, he has toured the world with his talent, becoming one of the symbols of Italian excellence in music. Ignazio Boschetto appears significantly transformed from his debut to today, and not just because he’s grown older. He hired a personal trainer and began working out consistently, but above all, he’s followed a healthy diet, learning to combine foods appropriately. He doesn’t mix proteins like meat and cheese, he doesn’t eat carbohydrates after 4 p.m., and he always focuses on light foods.
