“53 right here, right now!” Moore cheered on “day 18 of 42” to mark the progress of his latest self-challenge. While he’s “doing the work to be the best version” of himself, “physically and spiritually,” he had a clear message for the “dad bod,” one that involves “where the sun doesn’t shine,” then urged fans to “never stop believing in your greatness.”

For those who don’t know, Moore became a new dad to daughter Frankie Moore on January 24, who he shares with girlfriend Jesiree Dizon. And since becoming a first-time father, he’s posted various pics of himself with the hashtag “dad bod,” as well as many of the little sweetheart who made him a dad.

 

Back in April, he posted one of our favorites — a side-by-side of him and Frankie “twinning,” along with another of his daughter “stealing Grandma Marilyn’s hat swag.” Sadly, Moore lost his mom on February 8, 2020.

And when Frankie was born, Moore described how he imagined his dear mom was celebrating her granddaughter’s birth in heaven.

So, to all of you dads out there, no matter what your body type, it’s all about how you feel and to echo what Moore stated, “Never stop believing in your greatness.”
