She elevated her height in a pair of black high heeled boots and added a gold cross pendant necklace and matching hoop earrings.

The Grammy winner hid her eyes behind a pair of black sunglasses but stood out with her bright red newly-dyed tresses.

Once she and Greg had chosen their unsuspecting passerby, they jumped up and ran over to man.

Immediately the trio were surrounded by BBC staff wearing hi-vis vests, who swung colourful flags.

One staff member even dangled a glittering disco ball from a stepstool, while others held up a sign that read: ‘Congratulations, you are the first person to hear Dua Lipa’s brand new song’.

Dua and Greg could be seen to be giggling as they let the lucky man listen to the song through headphones.

Passersby could not help but notice the spectacle and many took photos that they shared on social media.

Dua has spent hundreds of hours in the recording studio in between sections of her world tour.

She hopes to release new music before the end of 2023 and her record company bosses are desperately trying to ensure recordings for the highly-anticipated LP are secure after a song she previously worked on with Pharrell Williams was leaked.

A music insider told The Sun: ‘Dua’s third album is really personal to her and she has been hands on at every turn.

‘She has spent hundreds of hours in the studio and has written on every song — that is really important to her.

‘Dua has been very clear about her direction in keeping it upbeat and fun, but she will be a lot more revealing in her lyrics.

The source also hinted at collaborations in the album as ‘talented artists’ have been asking to work with her.

Speaking last month to the publication, Dua said: ‘It has a lyrical theme, more so than sonically.

‘There’s still a sonic element as you go through it, it’s still pop. I still want to dance and do another crazy tour. It’s a bit more mature [than Future Nostalgia] I think in terms of the experiences.’

Future Nostalgia won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album in 2021 and its lead single Don’t Start Now attained critical success, including Grammy nominations for Record of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance.
