Fans Go Berserk as Anthony Joshua’s KO Combo Comes to Life in Clip of Conor McGregor and Son’s Training- “Future Double Champ in the Making”

All of us know who Conor McGregor is, and if you’ve come to read this, then you’re probably no exception. But for the minority who doesn’t, a summary would be ‘Conor McGregor is the former featherweight and lightweight UFC champion who has undoubtedly played a major role in boosting the popularity of the sport and making it what it is today’.

The former double champ Conor McGregor has often been in the limelight for lots of different controversies in recent years. But the recent post of Conor McGregor with his son Conor Jr. has melted the hearts of fans all across the MMA world.

Fans react to Conor McGregor training Conor Jr.

‘The Notorious’ just as his nickname would suggest, has had a lot of controversies surrounding his life, but when it comes to being a father, that seems to be far from the case. McGregor, despite not being a perfect person just like any of us, has always been seen as a perfect and loving father to his children.

In a recent video that McGregor posted on his Instagram account, we saw him teaching his son a combo that Anthony Joshua used to finish Robert Helenius. We saw McGregor being patient and optimistic, teaching his son what he does for a living.

After the video was posted, fans filled the comments with words of praise for Conor McGregor Junior as it shocked fans to see the boy’s posture and striking. Some of the comments were:

“Future double champ in the making!”

“THE LEGACY LIVES ON FOREVER”

“I better see him in the cage”

“Son has some real skills!”

“Bros gotta better switch stance than me”

“Kid throws better punches than some dudes I know in their 30s looks like he has muscle tone too this is nuts”

“Looks like Jr is gonna fight before Conor at this point”

The video had Conor McGregor teaching Junior how to throw the Joshua combo in both orthodox and southpaw stances and, surprisingly, Junior threw the combo in both stances with really sharp precision and snap.

Will McGregor Jr. follow in his father’s footsteps?

McGregor has passed down his love for combat sports to his son. As the son of a popular and accomplished fighter like Conor McGregor, Junior certainly has very big shoes to fill to gain respect in the world of combat sports.

However, one thing we can expect is that Conor McGregor Sr. will most likely support and help Junior in any path he chooses as we saw last December when he posted a play of Conor Junior stating, “So proud of my little king he stole the show today!” showing how much he genuinely loved his family.

As of right now, Conor Junior is still very young, and he has plenty of time to choose what path he wishes to follow. But if he ever does follow in his father’s footsteps, will he ever reach or surpass his father as an entertainer and fighter, or will he end up in the shadows of his father’s success?
