Fans are currently buzzing about Meadow Walker and her true relationship with Vin and his kids.

Since the tragic passing of Paul Walker in 2013, the Fast and Furious franchise was never the same. That said, the actor’s co-stars and close friends, especially Vin Diesel, has been keeping his memory alive (Diesel recently made a tribute to Walker ahead of the release of F9).

Behind the scenes, Diesel has also stepped up in a big way, almost serving as a father figure to his late friend’s daughter, Meadow (the A-list star is also Meadow’s godfather). In fact, it also seems that Meadow has become an extended member of Diesel’s family.

Meadow Is All Grown Up And Strutting Her Stuff

Growing up without a father may have been difficult for Meadow, but that never stopped the 22-year-old from pursuing her dreams. In fact, Meadow has recently started modeling and in fact, she walked the runway for Givenchy’s Fall/Winter 2021 fashion show earlier this year (Meadow also opened the show).

Aside from being busy with fashion, Meadow has also been hard at work on the Paul Walker Foundation, an organization that she started following her father’s passing. It aims to help protect wildlife and the oceans, a cause that the late actor had always cared deeply about (Walker originally wanted to pursue a career in marine biology). “Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions. His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill,” Meadow explained in an Instagram post. “I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others.”

And in the midst of all her endeavors, it seems Meadow always finds the time to hang out with Diesel and his family.

How Close Are Meadow With Vin Diesel’s Kids?

Even after her father’s death, Meadow has maintained a close relationship with members of the Fast family, especially Diesel himself. In fact, even when they don’t always see each other, the two have kept in touch. “She takes good care of me…,” Diesel said of Meadow while speaking with Extra. “She’s the first person on Father’s Day to wish me Happy Father’s Day.”

At the same time, Meadow has also been fond of sharing old pictures of Walker and Diesel with her godfather. In fact, she just sent him one earlier this month and Diesel couldn’t help but share the image with his fans. “@meadowwalker sends me this image and tells me how happy the photo makes her feel. Naturally, one gets filled with emotion, purpose and ultimately gratitude,” the actor wrote in the caption. “Eternal brotherhood is a blessing beyond words. Hope to make you proud… All love, Always.” Meanwhile, Meadow also shared Diesel’s message upon receiving the photo and it simply said, “Where the brotherhood began.”

Aside from staying in touch with her godfather, Meadow has also been spending some time with Diesel’s children, Hania, Vincent, and Pauline Sinclair. In fact, the young model even posted a selfie with all three children in 2020. On the caption, Meadows simply wrote, “family, forever.” Back in April, Meadow also posted a photo of her and Hania playing with nerf guns as a birthday greeting to Diesel’s eldest daughter. In the past, Meadow also posted another selfie with Hania, calling her “my angel.”

At the same time, Diesel shared a photo of Meadow and Hania when the actor wrote a touching birthday message for the actress back in 2019. “I could say that I am so proud of the person you are becoming… but the truth is I have always been proud of you. Happy Birthday Meadow!” Diesel wrote. “I know it’s your 21st and you wanted to go big in Japan, but the family has a cake waiting for you when you get home, so hurry. Love you kid. Uncle Vin.”

More recently, a throwback photo posted by Meadow also revealed that she has been hanging out the set of the Fast movies with Diesel’s kids. In the photo, Meadow can be seen snuggling up to her Uncle Vin, along with Hania. Meadow has also been playing with Pauline when she’s around and for Diesel, there’s nothing more touching. “To see her with my children is one of the most beautiful things,” the actor remarked. “There are moments when I see her playing with Pauline and it hits me so deep ‘cause I can only imagine what my brother sees when he sees that… I feel very protective. It goes beyond the movie.”

Recently, it was revealed that Vincent will be making a cameo in F9 as the younger version of Dominic Toretto. And with two films left in the Fast and Furious saga, fans are starting to wonder if Meadow would eventually make a cameo too. At the moment, Diesel has remained mum on the subject. Fans would just have to wait and see.
