Khloe shared a selfie during a night out with her besties, twins Malika and Khadijah Haqq.

The 39-year-old stood sandwiched between the sisters, both 40, as she held the camera for the photo.

Khloe was dressed in a short sleeve black top, accented by a white cross necklace.

She captioned the photo with a nod to their special bond: “20 plus years baby!”

The trio all posed with duck lips, puckering up for the camera.

But fans were focused solely on Khloe and her plump lips, and voiced their concerns in an online chat room.

“Do you think NO ONE in Khloe’s circle ever says, ‘Damn girl, those lips just ain’t it today?'” one person asked.

Another answered: “It’s a shame that Khloe and her fam think she needs to be drop dead gorgeous to matter.”

As a third tried to justify: “I wanna hope this is after a long night out and that even celebs can’t stop the lip ring all us normies get after nightlife.”

However, concerns for Khloe’s lips have been growing louder lately.

BOTCHED

Last week, critics gasped at Khloe’s supposed botched lips in a new video.

The commotion started when Khloe shared a short video from her $17million mansion in Calabasas, Los Angeles.

In the Instagram Story, The Kardashians star teased ample cleavage as she donned a plunging black top.

The Hulu star covered her blonde hair with a matching beanie cap and wore thick sunglasses.

However, in another online thread, critics jumped to the comments section and mocked the reality star’s “botched and jump-scare lips.”

One critic said: “Wait, is this Lisa Rinna or Khloe Kardashian?!”

Another critic shared a GIF of the Real Housewives star and added: “Good lord, she looks like Lisa if she had an allergic reaction or a bad reaction to secret lip filler.”

A third critic slammed: “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills has met their match when it comes to looking plasticky.”

A fourth person blasted: “Khloe looks like she is 70 and had plastic surgery to look younger. Not good!”

SUDDEN SHOCK

Khloe shocked fans with her real lips and nose during the season four premiere of The Kardashians last month.

The reality star joined her sisters Kim, Kendall, and Kylie, on a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in the new episode.

On one of the final nights, the girls, their mother Kris Jenner, and Kris’ boyfriend Corey Gamble enjoyed a cozy dinner.

Viewers were shocked by Khloe’s appearance in the unedited video and speculated that she’d had “botched” surgery.

One shared screenshots of Khloe on Reddit and wrote: “This is horrendous. I genuinely think I would gasp if I saw this in person.”

Another added, “The upper lip BY GOD,” and a third posted: “This looks botched to me.

FACING FACTS

Khloe has faced plenty of speculation over her changing face and body.

In June 2021, she confirmed she’d had a nose job and Botox.

“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ I’ve had one nose job!” she said during the KUWTK reunion.

“Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me!

“You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”

She revealed in April that she got her nose job weeks before her daughter True’s first birthday in 2019.

“I got it a couple weeks before True‘s first birthday. Love it!” she tweeted.

Another fan tweeted the star saying: “Worst recovery ever! I’ll never do it again!”

Khloe responded: “Stop!!! Mine was a breeze. That’s crazy. It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”
