With December literally days away, we’re starting to think about our party wardrobes. From the office Christmas party to festive drinks with friends, this time of year always requires multiple killer party lewks, and that’s not even mentioning New Year’s Eve. It goes without saying we want to ring in 2024 in style.

Luckily, Gigi Hadid is serving up plenty of inspo thanks to her ongoing campaign with Self-Portrait. Over the past week or so, the London-based fashion house has been sharing party-worthy ensembles from the Resort 2024 collection modelled by Gigi on the brand’s Instagram account. And it’s Gigi’s latest look that’s really got us talking.

Wearing a tiny black sleeveless bodysuit, there are two *huge* cut-outs spanning the majority of Gigi’s torso, with the fabric in-between embellished with a gold floral brooch at the bust, her stomach, and her waist.

A matching black bouclé cropped jacket featuring the same gold flower embellishments on a smaller scale as buttons has been layered over the top.

A daring look, but we’re not sure we’re quite brave enough to follow Gigi’s lead in these basically freezing temperatures. Even with the addition of fleece-lined tights, if it’s still a no may we suggest some of the other looks Gigi has modelled for the campaign?

If you’re still wanting to rep the cut-out trend and tap into the naked dressing look that’s been dominated by all our favourite celebs on the red carpet, Gigi’s black ruched bra top fits the bill and is similar to the first outfit with a gold and pearl brooch adding an interesting detail at the centre. A sequin mini skirt completes the look, with the sparkly fabric a guaranteed winner at Christmas.

For a Parisian influence, Gigi also wears a blue sequin bouclé cropped jacket and mini skirt with embellished trim that blends just the right amount of festive fun and high fashion.

Proving you can’t go wrong with the classic ‘jeans and a nice top’, Gigi has given the look a serious upgrade with her brown strapless bodysuit and light wash jeans – both of which are completely covered with rhinestones in a nod to the trending Y2K aesthetic.

And finally, Gigi models another favourite party look in the form of a mini dress. We love the cream bouclé fabrication and scoop neck silhouette, with a diamanté embellished neckline and cut-outs down either side with bow detailing adding that party touch.
