She’s marking her return to the small screen, alongside leading man Ray Liotta – and on Wednesday the pair were getting stuck into a gritty action scene.
Shooting in Baybridge, Brooklyn, the actors were pictured cowering on the ground among bits of broken glass as they battled crime for upcoming cop drama Shades Of Blue for the first time.
The 45-year-old entertainer welcomed her 60-year-old co-star as they filmed episodes of their new show with Jennifer flashing her toned tummy as she changed throughout the day.

While she looked pretty, Jennifer wasn’t rocking her usual style on set, wearing a frumpy pair of jeans to get into character as lead Harlee Santos.
She teamed it with a longline black blazer and a mustard coloured blouse as her character became cowered down on the floor among shards of broken glass.
With her caramel tresses worn in curls, the pretty actress and singer looked like she was really getting into character as she wore a look of shock horror on her face.

During the filming of the NBC cop drama, they walk past a liquor store in Brooklyn when Ray grabs Jennifer to duck down after shots are fired through the window of the store.
Moments later, Lopez and Liotta’s characters both drew blood as they were later seen crouched down and covered in debris.
The mother-of-two covered her enviable figure in a baggy V-neck knit pullover that appeared to be a size too big.
She completed her look with a pair of body hugging denim jeans and combat boots.

It’s yet to be determined exactly when the show will make its debut, however, it’s expected to premiere in late 2015.
Jennifer has partnered with writer Adi Hasak to executive produce the show, along with her longtime manager Benny Medina, and Ryan Seacrest, who currently works alongside Lopez as host of American Idol.
