Football’s favorite family could be expanding in the not too distant future, with Travis Kelce reportedly wanting children with Taylor Swift in ‘the next year or so’.
That’s according to a report from Yahoo Entertainment, who say the relationship between the singer and one of the stars of the NFL is quickly getting serious.
The publication quoted a source as saying: ‘They’re already making plans for the future.
‘He and Taylor have even talked about kids. Travis wants them in the next year or so, and Taylor, of course, is all in. He’s exactly the guy she’s been waiting for. He said he can see himself marrying Taylor.’
Kelce, 34, is well known as a family man, with his mom Donna often at his NFL games to cheer him on.
His older brother, Jason, also plays in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles and the two are well known for how close a bond they have.
They host a podcast – New Heights – together and when both the Chiefs and the Eagles made the Super Bowl last season, their mom wore a half-and-half jersey to support both of her sons.
Earlier this month, Kelce spent the weekend with Swift in New York but left her to go and see Jason play for the Eagles against the Jets and MetLife Stadium.
Swift has met both of Kelce’s parents – the first time she cheered him on at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium, she was sat alongside Donna in the Kelce suit. She has since met his father, Ed, as well at a game.
It comes amid reports that Swift will not be at Kelce’s NFL game this Sunday in Denver, when the Kansas City Chiefs play the Broncos, as she turns attention back to touring.
She has a month of dates in Brazil and Argentina coming up, starting in Buenos Aires on November 9.
Next year, the 33-year-old Swift has a relentless schedule as her wildly successful Eras tour goes global.
Tour dates in Japan and Australia mean Swift will not be at the Super Bowl on February 11 if Kelce and the Chiefs return this time around.
She is touring Europe extensively across the summer and has dates in Florida and Canada toward the end of the year, through to November.
