When it comes to Travis Kelce’s choice of condiment, there is one that will never be in style.
The Kansas City Chiefs tight end, 34, revealed the long list of reasons why he is not a fan of mayonnaise on the latest episode of his New Heights podcast with brother Jason Kelce. The topic came up after the brother began to discuss the makeup of a sandwich named after their podcast, which includes the condiment.
“I’m a big fan of the mayo, so I’m happy you guys put it on there, but Trav does not eat mayo,” explained Jason, 36.

While the Philadelphia Eagles center added that he enjoys mayonnaise and blue cheese, Travis couldn’t help but ask if he tastes it when he sweats. He then imitated the sound of someone whipping mayonnaise, which further caused Jason to defend the condiment.
“You can make it sound disgusting as much as you want. Mayonnaise is delicious, Travis,” he said as Travis responded, “It’s so disgusting.”
“You’re very clearly in the minority of this worldwide. I’m glad we’re in 134 different countries so they can see how weird it is that you don’t like mayonnaise,” Jason joked.
Elsewhere in the podcast, the NFL stars took another popular topic up to debate — cereal.

Travis proved to be a bigger fan of cereal, as Jason revealed that he only began eating it again when he had children. Regarding their cereal of choice, the podcast co-hosts listed their top five favorite cereal brands.
Travis revealed that Apple Jacks is his fifth favorite cereal because it is always “consistent.” Jason ranked Cheerios number five on his list because of “the ability to dress them up.” The fourth spot was more similar between the two as Travis placed Cap’n Crunch’s Crunch Berries in the position, and Jason selected Cap’n Crunch.
For the middle of the list, Travis selected Lucky Charms because “you can’t beat the marshmallows.” Jason picked Cinnamon Toast Crunch, which Travis revealed was number two on his list.
Jason then explained that he listed Lucky Charms for the second spot on his list. To finish off their ranking, the brothers revealed that the number one spot was the same for both – Reese’s Puffs.
