He has doubled Manchester City’s shirt sales since arriving in England last summer thanks to his goal-scoring records.
But off the pitch, Premier League wonder boy Erling Haaland gets his kicks from his bizarre fashion choices.
It appears that the 22-year-old Norwegian superstar has a penchant for expensive pyjamas – whether he’s in bed or not.
Leeds-born Haaland, who earlier this month was seen wearing two long braids to keep his long blonde hair out of his face, proudly shares his wardrobe with his 27 million Instagram followers.
In one picture, taken on a private jet to the Monaco Grand Prix, he showed off a £1,000 two-piece red, white and black striped outfit by Italian designer Dolce & Gabbana.

He even dined out in his PJs at Manchester’s high end Rosso restaurant, choosing a £1,100 powder blue silk shirt with a red motif.
For a visit to the seaside, he opted for the Italian designer’s silk Mojolica print pyjamas, which cost £1,310 for the top and £1,100 for the bottoms.
Last December, he wished his fans a happy Christmas, sharing a photo of himself in black and white heart-patterned Dolce & Gabbana nightwear, costing £2,450, while last summer he wore a £1,500 pair of leopard print PJs by the same label.
Also in his wardrobe is a £1,125 pink flamingo two-piece from Dolce and Gabbana’s collaboration with rapper DJ Khaled. Haaland accessorised this outfit with a pair of matching sliders, which were on sale for £350.
He has also been seen in a £890 silk Burberry top and matching £790 shorts.
Despite being described as the next Cristiano Ronaldo or Lionel Messi, Haaland’s team mates are said to ‘have a giggle’ at his dress sense. One source said: ‘He has so much money but look what he wears.’
The Norwegian has broken several scoring records, recently reaching 45 goals in all competitions across 2022/23, the most in history by a player at a Premier League club.

Tomorrow night, he is expected to line up for Manchester City in their quarter final Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.
The star, who reportedly lives in former Manchester United striker Paul Pogba’s Cheshire mansion, is dating 19-year-old Isabel Haugseng Johansen who he grew up with in the town of Bryne. The pair played for the same football team when they were children.
Erling is the son of Alfie Haaland, who played for Nottingham Forest, Leeds United and Manchester City in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
