LADY Gaga was left with a sea-through dress yesterday after taking a tumble in the ocean during a photoshoot in Malibu.

The 32-year-old had earlier posed in huge heeled boots, lingerie and a beret on the beach before switching into a breezy white dress.

She ran from the crew into the surf, falling into the waves and was left fully submerged.

Crawling on all fours in the shallows, her thong was visible through her soaked dress.

The photographers got drenched as they made their way into the water with her, looking for the perfect shot.

Gaga’s entourage did their best to shield her as they made their way onto the beach, but the singer’s eye-catching costume made it impossible to miss her.

Earlier today Gaga tweeted her thoughts to fellow singer Demi Lovato who has been hospitalised following a drugs overdose.

She wrote: “We should all wrap our arms of love around Demi Lovato. I am so happy you’re alive. Thank God. If I know my monsters as well as I believe I do, we all wish you self-compassion and inner peace.

“And may you receive the love so many have for you. #ImConfidentInDemi Demi, I love you.”

Yesterday it was reported that Demi was awake and in a stable condition.

Sources told TMZ that Demi, 25, was found unconscious on Tuesday and taken to a medical centre in Los Angeles.

A representative for the pop star has told the website that Demi is now awake and is being supported by her loved ones.

The spokesperson said: “Demi is awake and with her family who want to express thanks to everyone for the love, prayers and support.

Law enforcement sources told TMZ that Demi was treated with Narcan, which is an emergency medication used to reverse the effects of drug overdoses.

Initially, these sources told TMZ that Demi had overdosed on heroin, but other sources said to be close to the singer have suggested to TMZ that this is not the case. In 2016, Demi opened up about her struggles with drugs to American Way magazine and said she “self-medicated with [prescription drug] Oxycontin, cocaine and alcohol”.

According to UsWeekly, Narcan was kept on hand at her home “in case something like this happened”.
