Let’s see how the characters in Dragon Ball are reimagined as Disney characters!
Disney has some of the most famous characters of all time. Of course, it’s easy to see the similarities between our beloved Disney movies and every other story we might encounter. Among the famous and well-known anime, typically Dragon Ball , perhaps many people will find something in common between the characters of the two worlds. That is also the idea of creating art for many artists.
Therefore, quite a few mashups between Disney and Dragon Ball have been born. Let’s see below!
Ape Vegeta & Bulma, like the beast couple and Belle from “Beauty and the Beast”. Looking at this picture, Vegets looks fierce, matching the sweet Princess Bulma. This work is by artist Mily.
Krillin is the butt of Dragon Ball Z memes, but actually the award for most useless character in the Dragon Ball Z world has to go to Yamcha. Through artist Sayanbura’s imagination, Yamcha becomes the prince who awakens Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), but he will probably fail.
Vegeta and Goku look like Disney princesses in pants and high heels. Artist SaiyaJayDB cleverly turned Goku into Anna and Vegeta into Ice Queen Elsa.
In artist Lionalliance’s work, Vegeta transforms into Nick Wilde from Zootopia. Nick Wilde and Vegeta are very different characters, though, because Nick has a sense of humor and Vegeta doesn’t. But the two characters share some similarities, which is that they are both independent and have difficulty relying on others, or trusting others.
Angel Whis and Princess Rapunzel, what do you think about this combination? Artist Sayanbura swapped Whis into Flynn Rider for the simple reason that Rapunzel and Whis are perfect together. They share a love for the little things that make life beautiful and they will be very happy together.
In Dragon Ball Super, Zamasu poisoned his teacher Gowasu with a cup of tea. So artist Tanukick23 depicted them as Alice and the Mad Hatter. Both have a strange relationship and many funny stories happen during tea time.
In fanart by artist Thunder, the most iconic characters from Princess Cinderella and Dragon Ball villains are depicted as Cinderella (Buu), Anastasia (Frieza) and Drizella (Cell). Buu transforms into Cinderella before meeting the prince, while Frieza and Cell are twirling in tutu dresses and ready to become dancing queens with the prince.
Another Dragon Ball mashup with Princess Cinderella by artist Guy_lobo, this time the talented couple Trunks and Mai.
If Goku and Chichi transformed into a Disney couple, of course they would be Aladdin and Jasmine. The two couples have similar backgrounds: Goku lost his family as a child just like Aladdin and both have strange relationships with both animals and flying objects. Both are also brave, but extremely naive. As for Chichi and Jasmine, they are both princesses and both are very stubborn and strong women. A great work by artist ADB338.
Vegeta as Princess Rapunzel (Tangled) by artist Kahee.
