BTS’s Jin wishes you a happy New Year. Jin will be discharged from the military in June, and he expressed his anticipation of his return by saying, “Please wait a few months.”
On January 1, a video containing Jin’s New Year’s greetings was released.
Jin said in the video before his enlistment, “The new year has arrived, and I’m now in my middle thirties.”
In front of the camera, he held a snowman doll and asked, “Did you make a snowman?” He said with a smile, “I’m still in the past, so I don’t know if it’s snowing, but when it does, you have to make a cute snowman. In the future, I’d like to go back to my childhood and have a snowball fight, as well as go skiing. You know I’m good at snowboarding. Please remember me when you go to a ski resort. And don’t catch a cold.”
Jin, wearing a blanket over his short sleeves, joked, “It’s not January right now, but I wanted to show you what I would look like in January. January is cold, and I’m leaving a video like this so you can see my handsome face and feel warm in January.”
The singer then expressed his feelings about his upcoming return, saying, “I miss you all. I miss you a lot. This year, I will be able to work hard too. So please wait a few more months.”
Jin, who enlisted in the Army in 2022, will be discharged in June
