Blackpink’s Lisa and Stray Kids are set to perform at next year’s charity concert in France.
According to the official website of the Accor Arena in Paris on the 26th, the “Yellow Coin Concert” scheduled for January 26 next year will feature Lisa and Stray Kids, along with Jay Balvin, Maroon 5, Pharrell Williams, and others.
The Yellow Coin Concert is a charity event organized by the French Hospital Foundation led by Brigitte Macron, the wife of French President Emmanuel Macron. The previous year’s performance gained attention as all Blackpink members were listed as attendees.
Since 1989, the French Hospital Foundation has conducted the “Yellow Coin Collection Campaign” almost every year in early January.
The campaign is to collect coins in denominations smaller than 1 euro (approximately 1,400 won) to improve the environment of children’s hospitals. The fundraising period for next year is set to run from January 10 to February 4.
