As such, fans are always on the lookout for any content regarding the three-time world champion. Now an old video of Verstappen’s boxing practice has resurfaced online.

The clip went viral on X. It shows Max Verstappen outdoors with his trainer. The Red Bull driver was practicing boxing while wearing nothing but printed red shorts. The three-time world champion was fully focused on his workout as he kept punching as guided by his trainer. Certainly, it was a great sight for fans of the Dutch driver.

F1 drivers are one of the fittest sporting athletes in the world. As such it is no surprise that Max Verstappen and other drivers regularly try their hand at boxing as it further improves their upper body strength. Certainly, this kind of training pays dividends in the cockpit as drivers go through high G-forces during a Grand Prix.
