Earlier this week, Khloe, 38, shared a photo of a billboard that read: “Twenty years from now, the only people who’ll remember if you worked late are your kids.”
Once fans caught wind of her post, one shared the snap to a popular Reddit forum dedicated to the Kardashian/Jenner family.
“Khloe’s privilege,” the original author wrote.
They continued: “[Khloe] posted this on her Instagram and usually I dont get triggered by posts like this but when I woke up after working a 12 hour day including overtime so I can give my family their best lives, I felt triggered.
“This girl doesnt need to work, shes loaded she doesn’t know what it’s like to have the average persons salary let alone what it’s like to be a someone in a job that has to work long hours.
“Doesnt she know how insensitive comments like this could be? Let alone who women could be made to feel guilty, the mom guilt is unreal and yet she just parades her priviledge everywhere. I really thought Khloe was one of the more aware ones.”
Other critics shared their thoughts and opinions in the comments section.
One wrote: “I would love to know what Khloe’s definition is of ‘working late’ & how many times a year it actually occurs.”
“We’d all love to have more time to spend with our children/families Khloe. However, unlike you, some of us have to work to LIVE and don’t have the privilege of getting paid millions for an instagram post. These women are all so out of touch with reality it’s insane.” mentioned a second.
A third harsh critic said: “Twenty years from now, the only people who’ll remember if you spent 6 hours a day in the glam room are your kids.”
This isn’t the first time Khloe was ripped for her social media posts.
NOT AGAIN
On Tuesday, Khloe shared a quote on her Instagram Stories that discussed raising children.
In a text-based message, The Kardashians star opened up about keeping a modest perspective of one’s importance.
She wrote: “Raise your children to be impressed by kindness, loyalty, and humility. Not just wealth, possessions, and power.”
Khloe shares her one-year-old son, Tatum, and her daughter, True, five, with her ex-baby daddy, Tristan Thompson, 32.
In the comments section, critics mocked the reality star for flaunting her wealth, especially for throwing lavish parties and gifts for her little ones.
One critic said, “Okay. Your lil True doesn’t need a $10,000 little play purse either, but carry on.”
Another critic added, “Said the millionaire. I don’t want parenting advice from anybody that has a series of nannies.”
A third critic mentioned: “The irony of it all! You can’t post continuously wealth on your Instagram, and decide to post this quote today. Lots of laughs.”
A fourth person wrote: “If you believe in living a humble life and raising humble children, then stop leading your life constantly showcasing your privileged life.”
A commentator chimed, “If that were really true, she would want Tristan to be present in his son’s life. All of them.”
The critics were referring to the basketball star when he became involved in a love child scandal and fathered a son named Theo, two, with Maralee Nichols, 33, in December 2021.
