MU is one of the clubs with a talent for purchasing the poorest quality players in the Premier League.
MU is one of the clubs that spends the most in the Premier League since the reign of coach Sir Alex Ferguson. Specifically, more than 1 billion pounds has been spent on the technology market, but the number of successful contracts of the “Red Devils” can only be counted on the fingers of one hand.
According to statistics from The Sun, MU’s Board of Directors brought in 14 deals worth over 50 million pounds during this period.

Some stars such as Paul Pogba, Antony, Harry Maguire, Jadon Sancho or Romelu Lukaku were all brought in with large sums of money but no one succeeded at the club.
These stars even try to “escape” as soon as possible at MU. For example, the case of Jadon Sancho, an English player who played ineffectively and acted against the coach on social networks.

Among these, only Bruno Fernandes and Lisandro Martinez have partly proven their value with the money MU spent to recruit them.
However, that is too little given the expectations from the fans. This further proves to fans that the working apparatus of MU’s Board of Directors is too incompetent in the transfer process.
Some fans even openly criticized on Twitter about the way MU shops on the technology market.
“They should relearn how to buy and sell players from top European clubs like Man City or Real Madrid.”
Notably, the club’s new president, Sir Jim Ratcliffe, also condemned MU’s buying and selling practices and vowed to end this practice when he ran football operations at the “Red Devils”.
