KHLOE Kardashian has got fans concerned as new pictures emerged this week of her at her nephew Saint’s basketball game.

The 39-year-old was seen in Los Angeles looking stylish as ever but fans expressed worry about her nose, which she has previously admitted to having had surgery on.

One photo showed the TV star wearing an oversized cream coat and large sunglasses as she exited an SUV.

Followers on Reddit spotted something amiss with Khloe’s nose.

One commenter wrote: “Has her nasal valve completely collapsed already?”

“Can she breathe adequately through that nose or is it mostly decorative at this point?” another person asked.

Another added: “She’s realllly messed her nose up. What a shame.”

At the same basketball game, Khloe had a run in with sister Kim’s ex-husband Kanye West.

The Kardashians sister was spotted hugging the rapper at his son’s sporting event.

The two acted friendly and cordial to each other, with Khloe even leaning in to give Kanye a hug.

Later, the two were spotted sitting near each other, as the game unfolded.

She was joined at the game by her five-year-old daughter, True, and her seven-year-old niece, Dream.

In June 2021, Khloe confirmed she’d had a nose job and Botox, but many fans think that she’s had multiple surgeries beyond the one confirmed.

During an episode of The Kardashians, Khloe admitted that comments made by her mom, Kris Jenner, 68, pushed her into going under the knife.

“I had the most confidence. I was chubby and in a skintight bodycon dress, you couldn’t tell me otherwise. Society gave me insecurities,” Khloe said.

“Who knows if I never heard mom talk about my nose if I ever would have got a nose job,” she added.

While Khloe has opened up about one nose job, a plastic surgery expert believes there might be more tweaks behind her look.

Dr. Barrett, a Beverly Hills cosmetic surgeon, said Khloe looks like a “new person.”

“Khloe was open about her recent rhinoplasty. However, in these recent photos, she looks almost unrecognizable,” he said.

“This looks like a combination of her rhinoplasty as well as added fillers.

“The space between her nose and lip looks longer, which is a combination of aging as well as a result of a smaller nose. This can create a more ‘done’ look or an overall less natural appearance.”

Though he thinks the filler and rhinoplasty are “the most apparent” and “most noticeable at a glance,” he added that “Khloe definitely looks like a new person.”
