Chelsea defender Nathan Ake has rewarded himself following the end of the Premier League season by jetting off to the Bahamas with his girlfriend.
The Dutchman took to Instagram on Tuesday to post a photo of him with his girlfriend, Kaylee Ramman, unwinding on a beautiful beach in the sun.
The happy couple were pictured in Exuma, a stunning district of the Bahamas, with the 22-year-old star captioning the post: ‘Special place.’

Ake enjoyed an impressive loan spell with Bournemouth during the 2016-17 season before being recalled by Chelsea in January.
However, he found first-team opportunities difficult to come by at Stamford Bridge as Chelsea went on to become Premier League champions.
Ake, made only five appearances from January 28 until the end of the season for Antonio Conte’s outfit.
And he could find his game time even more limited next season with Chelsea interested in bringing in Juventus’ Alex Sandro.
