Could BLACKPINK’s Jennie and BROCKHAMPTON‘s Matt Champion be releasing a collaboration single soon?
On March 3 KST, the two artists both took to their personal Instagram accounts to share Instagram story clips of an unreleased demo where Jennie can be heard singing a sweet love song while Matt backs her up on vocals.
The clips quickly made their rounds through social media, with many fans of both artists reacting to the exciting yet unexpected collaboration. Some fans’ comments included, “Never in my life did I think I would get Jennie × BROCKHAMPTON crumbs…,” “I’m so excited for her and this collab,” “My two worlds colliding,” and “And when the official release drops, I won’t shut up about it!”
Meanwhile, Matt Champion is a member of American hip-hop boy band BROCKHAMPTON, whom Jennie was previously spotted checking out during their performance at Coachella.
