The release date of Sam Wilson’s Captain America: New World Order has been revealed. It will hit the theaters on May 3, 2024.
There’s some good news for Captain America fans! At the San Diego Comic Con on July 23, it was announced that Sam Wilson is officially coming back as Captain America in its fourth installment. The upcoming film is titled Captain America: New World Order. The release date was also announced. Captain America 4 will hit the screens on May 3, 2024.
Anthony Mackie’s return as Sam Wilson AKA the Falcon was announced last year in August. The MCU feature will be directed by Julius Onah. Anthony Mackie made his debut as Sam in 2014’s Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and later appeared in subsequent MCU films such as Avengers: Age of Ultron, Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. The actor then starred alongside Sebastian Stan in the Disney Plus series The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
Back in April, Variety reported that The Falcon and the Winter Soldier head writer Malcolm Spellman will write the screenplay for the fourth Captain America film, along with The Falcon and the Winter Soldier staff writer Dalan Musson.
