There are rumours that Andre Onana, the custodian for Manchester United, spent a lot of money on a fancy home abroad. This has made people worry that he might be leaving Old Trafford soon.
Onana had a poor first season after leaving Inter Milan for a fee of £47 million in the summer. However, it looks like he misses the Italian capital because he has been busy buying homes.
It was a bad start for the 27-year-old at Man United. He made a lot of mistakes, especially in the Champions League group stage, which caused the team to finish awfully last in its group.
Man United has had a terrible second season under Erik ten Hag. They are one of the worst teams in the Premier League at letting other teams’ shots go in, and he has let 57 goals in his first 37 games in charge.
But in recent games, Onana has shown flashes of how good he is at stopping the ball and playing with it.
FCInterNews reports that the Cameroonian player just bought a beautiful eight-bedroom home in Corbetta, a suburb of Milan, for £6.5 million.
Onana is still in love with Milan, according to the story. He remembers his time at the San Siro, where he won the Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana and made it to the final of the Champions League last year.
“The villa is built on a plot of land that is 1,300 square metres and is surrounded by trees to make you feel completely alone. It has a 3,000-square-meter outdoor area with a swimming pool, barbecue, and garden.” To put it simply, it doesn’t lack anything.
