LeBron James Joins Forces with Drake and Hollywood Stars to Champion an Innovative New Sport.

What new venture did LeBron James and Drake get into together?

LeBron James already has his hands dipped into multiple business ventures that span throughout a wide variety of topics. He is part owner of Liverpool FC through Fenway Sports Group. That venture alone already made him a reported $50 million, according to Forbes. Amid this evident success, LeBron James has taken steps to put his money and support on another major sport. Also, he has reportedly joined rapper Drake in this new venture, who also happens to be an avid sports fan. But which sport are LeBron James and Drake going to support moving forward? You’ll be surprised because it’s a sport that people are not expecting.

LeBron James and Drake join the PGA Tour

That’s right, as a response to the LIV Golf initiative, the PGA has decided to make LeBron James and Drake part of their team of new faces that will promote the PGA Tour moving forward. Two of the most followed personalities on social media should be able to reach a wider spectrum of people on a global scale. Their marketing pull should be more than enough for the PGA to get a decent level of interest in the sport as they compete with the LIV Golf initiative. Neither James nor Drake are known as golf fans but they took on this new venture with passion and excitement. But they are not the only ones involved in this new venture as other Hollywood stars are set to be the face of the PGA all around the world.

According to the New York Times, LeBron James and Drake are part of a recent $3 billion investment the PGA Tour just made. Other investors include JAmes’ business partner Maverick Carter and his agent Rich Paul. Also, Hollywood actor Chris Pratt is part of this venture too. Other sports ventures LeBron has been involved with are as part owner of the NHL Pittsburgh Penguins, Italian soccer club AC Milan, and he is also an investor in the Major League Pickleball league. As far as we know, James still hasn’t invested on any NBA franchise but he has always been clear on his desire to someday part own a team.
