Sasha Is Ready For Love Again, But Cody Could Stop Her In Her Tracks

General Hospital spoilers tease Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) is ready to get back in the saddle and find love again.

In fact, she may be thinking she’s already found it in Cody Bell (Josh Kelly). But the blossoming friendship that appears too long to be more between these two coworkers could hit the skids as Sasha opens her arms to love and Cody potentially throws it back in her face.

After all this time, Sasha thought for sure that Cody was waiting around on her, more or less. He was fine with staying friends, but he was ready to move to the next level of their relationship if she was, too. So when she finally signals that she’s ready — and instead gets mixed signals from him — will it scare her off altogether?

General Hospital Spoilers — Sasha Gilmore Corbin’s Life With Brando Comes To A Close

Sasha has been grieving on this show longer than we knew her prior to all that grief setting in. Losing her child — and then her husband too — was enough to break her, and it nearly did.

Instead, she pulled herself up by her bootstraps and healed. Cody gave her the room to do that, holding her hand as just a friend in the meantime.

She couldn’t be more appreciative, but make no mistake — her interest in him is not out of obligation that she repay him in some way.

Sasha is ready to love again, and she wants to pursue the next chapter of her life with Cody. But when she catches him off guard saying so, Cody’s reaction will be the last thing she expected as he pulls away.

GH Spoilers – Warn Life Is Precious

Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) has been in a coma for the last week since being shot twice by a gunman who was after his father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and trying to escape police capture.

In that time, Cody hasn’t been able to bring himself to even go to the hospital and check in. He doesn’t want to see Dante that way — lying nearly lifeless in a hospital bed.

Some fans think Dante’s near-death experience will rattle Cody enough to worry that he’s not fit to get involved with Sasha.

Might he be concerned that letting her get close to him — when he knows the kind of risk taker he is — isn’t wise. After all, he can’t be the reason Sasha loses someone yet again.

General Hospital Spoilers — Does Sasha Gilmore Corbin Scare Easily?

Cody’s backpedaling could leave Sasha feeling rather frustrated. After all, it’s not every day that she gets up the nerve to make this kind of move on a guy.

While she won’t flatter herself by insisting Cody should be waiting for her to come back around, she was under the assumption that he was. And rightfully so. He’s said as much. Going back on his word, Cody will feel guilty, but we know how that works with him.

He might feel bad, but not bad enough to change his bad behavior. Sasha, on the other hand, could take this as a sign that not only is she not ready for the possible rejection that comes with dating, but it seems like Cody isn’t as ready for a relationship as he thought either.

Something tells us he’ll be kicking himself over this all too soon. Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this storyline pans out.

A desperate farmer spent his final hours writing down his thoughts on how to protect the future of his business from the government’s inheritance tax raid before taking his own life, it can be revealed. John Charlesworth’s son found a handwritten note where the Yorkshire farmer had jotted down his ideas for how best to leave the farm to his children. The musings, left on a clipboard immediately beneath a suicide note, included questions for the family’s solicitor covering costs, capital gains tax, protected agricultural exemptions and what gifted assets could be sheltered from inheritance tax under the seven-year rule.
