Because he didn’t want to ruin his Jordans, DJ Khaled had two security carry him from his car to the stage during his Miami Beach performance.
The 48-year-old rapper met fans at the Snipes USA sneaker and streetwear boutique before taking the stage in Miami’s South Beach on Sunday.
In order to prevent sand from getting on his Nike Jordan sneakers, the celebrity insisted on being transported from his automobile onto a truck and then onto the stage.
‘I don’t want to get my Jordans dirty, can I get someone to help me?’ DJ Khaled asked as two of his bodyguards jumped to his aid in a video shared by the rapper on Instagram. ‘Please anybody help me.’
He added: ‘Thank you brothers I appreciate it. Can’t mess up the Js.’

The rapper, full name Khaled Mohammed Khaled, collaborated with his regular producer on the two songs off his upcoming 14th studio album, which is set to be released this year and is the follow-up to 2022’s “God Did.”
However, the rapper’s act did not sit well with the public, who criticized his “rich ignorance.”

Another person commented: ‘What a [clown emoji] all he had to do was wear a different pair carry those in. Clout is a hell of a drug.’
‘When i say “That’s not in my job description” this what I be talking about,’ a fourth added.
Even children’s author and activist Ty Allan Jackson slammed the rapper, adding: ‘Our children are watching this foolishness. These “celebrities” need to act more like human beings than self-proclaimed kings.’

It happens after DJ Khaled was captured on camera being stopped by a police motorcycle officer near his Miami home on Thursday while operating a golf cart.
The 48-year-old renowned music producer and golf enthusiast pulled over to the side of the road and spoke with a policeman.
It was unclear at first if the officer had given him a ticket during the interaction.
The New Orleans native did not appear to be wearing a seat-belt during the midday trip, and was observed holding his phone.
DJ Khaled was spotted driving the opulent golf cart while donning a white T-shirt, off-white shorts, and no shoes.
He talked candidly to Golf Digest in May of last year about his love of the game and his early antics with golf carts.
He claimed, “We were crazy,” adding that he and his closest friend “would try to jump golf carts over bunkers,” as they lived close to Orlando’s Bay Hill Club.
However, many were not thrilled with the rapper’s prank, criticizing his “rich ignorance.” His full name is Khaled Mohammed Khaled.

‘God gave me life, and he gave me a blessing, and I show my gratitude every single day,’ DJ Khaled told the outlet. ‘I love golf because it’s like my connection with God, too. It’s kind of like my one-on-one time with him.’
In the interview last year, DJ Khaled said that at the time, he had been playing golf everyday, and had been living by the credo, ‘Let’s go golfing!’
He said of the statement, ‘Every day after I wake up and pray, I’m screaming it.
‘If the weather’s beautiful, I jump out on my balcony and scream, “Let’s go golfing!”‘ DJ Khaled said. ‘My kids are running around the house, “Let’s go golfing!” I’m screaming it on my Instagram, “Let’s go golfing!”
