The 32-year-old attended the annual ball in New York wearing a metallic hooded gown by Ralph Lauren, which looked to have been inspired by Star Wars day as it mirrored the uniform of the Jedi knights.
Anne arrived to the Metropolitan Museum of Art in the shimmering gold dress, which clung to her slender frame, as she kept her cowl affixed atop her head.

Star Wars day falls on May the fourth each year (a play on ‘May the Force be with you’) and often sees fans of all kinds (including celebrities) pay tribute to the sci-fi fantasy films with often garish costumes.
Later Anne was spotted en route to to an after party at the Standard Hotel with husband Adam Shulman.
She ditched her Jedi robe for an equally intriguing item: a pair of enormous silky white MC Hammer Parachute pyjama pants.
