เกมแรก ชบาแก้ว U17 พ่าย ญี่ปุ่น มา 0-4 ขณะที่ จีน เอาชนะ ออสเตรเลีย มา 3-0 ทำให้เกมนี้จะแพ้ไม่ได้เป็นอันขาด หากหวังเข้าสู่รอบรองชนะเลิศ
ก่อนการฝึกซ้อมม พัชราภร คูเชื้อ ตัวรุกชบาแก้วU17 กล่าวว่า “เกมเมื่อวานเพื่อนๆทุกคนทำได้เต็มที่ค่ะ ครึ่งแรกเราไม่เสียประตูเลย แต่พอครึ่งหลังเราหายไป ฟอร์มการเล่นของตัวเองก็ถือว่าพอใจแต่เชื่อว่าทำได้ดีกว่านี้ ยังมีเรื่องของความฟิตและร่างกายที่ต้องพยายามแก้ไขต่อไป“
”เกมที่จะเจอกับจีน แน่นอนว่า เราเห็นเกมของตัวเองแล้วว่าเป็นยังไง ก็ต้องพัฒนาเพื่อเกมต่อไป และทำผลงานให้ดีกว่าเดิม“
