The controversial Carnival hitmaker is gearing up for a collaboration with the SKIMS founder’s sister Kylie Jenner’s baby daddy Travis Scott. The rapper and makeup mogul went their separate ways in January 2023, welcoming daughter Stormi and son Aire.
Now Ye is thought to be working with Scott on some new music, announcing the news with a short video uploaded on Instagram. Kanye appears on camera as the words “Cactus Jack” show up on screen, the name of Travis’ record label.

“YE AND THE JACK,” Travis wrote on social media. Fans were largely positive about the move in the comments, with Ye and his wife Bianca Censori’s pal Ty Dolla $ign leaving love heart emojis below the post. “Collab album will feed us for life,” one fan penned.
“My favorite duo! It’s like watching twins,” said someone else. A third wrote: “You a real one for staying on Ye’s side!”, referencing the Kardashian-Jenner feud. Kim and Kanye, who got married in Italy back in 2014, were worth an estimated two billion dollars before they split. The couple welcomed four children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm.
During their divorce process, Ye would share private text messages between him and Kim, causing big family rows between the Kardashian-Jenners and Ye. It’s thought the pair are amicable at the moment, sometimes seen at their kids’ sporting games.

It’s not the first time a former family member has worked with one of the sisters’ exes, with Kris Jenner’s ex Caitlyn Jenner risking another fallout with a new business venture alongside stepdaughter Khloe Kardashian’s ex-husband, Lamar Odom.
The former Keeping Up With The Kardashians star teamed up with Khloe’s former NFL star spouse to launch another “Keeping Up” product. The two joined forces for a new podcast series called “Keeping up with Sports”. Former Olympic gold medallist Caitlyn and the former Los Angeles Lakers champion were thought to be the ‘perfect pairing’ for the show.
It was only last October that Caitlyn revealed she rarely speaks to Kris anymore. After 23 years of marriage, their relationship had broken down so much that they were only communicating through their manager. Calling the current state of their relationship “sad”, Caitlyn had reportedly upset her former partner and their shared daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner too. At the time, Caitlyn was feeling remorseful.
