Paris Hilton recently revealed how she and her husband welcomed their first son at the hospital in the trailer for the second part of the reality TV series Paris in Love . On the way to the hospital, Paris and his wife discussed their plan to keep it absolutely secret.
“If people discover us, paparazzi will be all over Cedars Sinai hospital. I hope and pray no one there notices or reveals anything,” Paris told her husband. “If anyone recognizes you, let’s pretend we’re holding the baby.”
While the surrogate was in labor, Paris wore a wig and a baseball cap to cover her face and “sneaked” into the hospital. She and her husband only took off their clothes when they entered their private room and anxiously waited for the moment to meet their child. The 42-year-old beauty burst into tears of happiness when she saw her son for the first time.
Paris Hilton used to keep the story of having children absolutely secret, even from her family members. The female DJ recalled: “Literally, no one in the house knew. None of the people who worked at my media company knew it. My friends didn’t know, neither did my family.”

Paris’s husband, businessman Carter Reum, admitted that it was difficult to keep this good news a secret, but he tried to “be a good teammate” with his wife. Carter understands Paris wants to protect their private life and their little angel.
